While the nation has been fixated on Jack McClellan, Florida has silently been watching their own twisted version of a sick man. David Hardman likes to take photos of young girls, he even likes to put the photos online, but the biggest difference between Jack and David is that David isn't taking photos of random preteens in public places- he's holding photo shoots complete with bikinis and latex body suits. And, he's making money doing it.

David Hardman presents a contract for the parents of minors to sign, then spends hours photographing their children in provocative clothing and poses before posting the photos online, and turning the footage of the shoot into a DVD available for peodphiles everywhere for the small price of $39.00 each.
 

Eyewitness News has learned a Brevard County man is now putting pictures of scantily clad pre-teen models on a Web site and investigators said there's nothing they can do to stop him. Eyewitness News first reported on David Hardman in November of 2006 when posting provocative pictures of teenage girls, but now the girls appear to be even younger.

The photo and video shoots often happen on Brevard County beaches, where we've all seen kids in bathing suits, but you don't see them in the kind of bathing suits and poses David Hardman photographs.

"I'm getting so f***ing sick of you guys hanging around for no g**damn reason," Hardman angrily told Eyewitness News.

He's angry with Eyewitness News for continuing to expose him, this time for little girls in thong bikinis and sexy poses. Hardman calls it modeling.

"You keep coming around, I'm gonna g**damn get ya," he said.

Since Eyewitness News first exposed his Web site, Hardman has photographed even younger girls, just 10 and 12 years old. The photo spreads are revealing, showing girls in bathtubs, lying in beds and it's all just barely legal.

(Q) Some of those bikinis look really skimpy, do I have to wear thongs?

The thong question! In today's modeling industry thongs are considered a basic outfit. We have a wide variety of cool bikinis and outfits, feel free to email links to swimwear websites for specific styles. We like to shoot a more exotic swimsuit style.

All the teen models that have worked for us have chosen to wear the outfits for the shoot, none of the models are forced to wear certain outfits or bikinis in order to be paid. Unlike what you might have heard, models and their parents still decide what to wear and we have a huge selection of clothing to pick from. Usually we buy new outfits prior to each shoot.

Models 18 and older will be expected to wear extremely bold and revealing outfits.

Models 12 and younger will be allowed more flexibility on clothing and bikini styles.

The site, not linked, displays photos of preteen girls, and young teenage girls in everything from thongs to latex bodysuits.

Doing a little digging into David Hardmans past brought me a little closer to wondering if this man might have some serious issues he should be dealing it. It seems that before there was a DHPRO Studios (the name he used for his preteen modeling 'company', there was Cocoa Beach Models, another 'swimsuit' site, although it was less geared towards modeling and more geared towards -in his own words:

Deciding whether David Hardman is more interested in making money by way of selling DVD's or he is more interested in the view he gets while behind the camera is hard to tell, but his own words tend to give credit to the idea that this man has become more then just engrossed in his 'career':
 

For Dave had become obsessed with T & A, and had fallen under the witchy spell of blonde hair and sharp blue eyes, who whispered of delightful promises. Dave was extremely disappointed, had he been deceived? For now he had no gold to record the dancing creatures, because they would not dance for only a few stacks of coins as before.

David's Cocoa Beach site wasn't the first, prior he had Bikinis of Florida, where he offered photos and videos of the same sort. His descriptions back then were even less tasteful:
