WHAT IHE POLICE REPORT READS

Cristal and David went camping at a graphite mine on or about July 13th 2007.

witnesses say that David and Cristal were fighting and he had knocked her out cold.

then he continued to fight with Russell Brown and James Blankenship.

As far as the police report says...I have a copy of it ...
Then Cristal dissappeared and David waited until the next morning to report her missing
and after reporting her missing the police went to look for her and they found her at the bottom of a 100 foot cliff
they air lifted her to Baptist South Hospital where she laid in a coma until he decided to call her family ,, on the 26th of july ...me Alton her brother was there on the 28th were I saw MY sister cristal in SICU IN alabama
we were told that David had been arrested and put in jail ...where he stayed a week and was bonded out ...
mean while Cristal laid comatosed in the hospital where she was in good condition as far as her,.lungs, kidneys ..ETC ETC,,
Then she gets moved to a nursing home and dies in about 10 days ..it makes no sense to me ...from july 14th until october 11th ..
I am wondering if David didnt get into the nursing home and do something to kill her ...so if she did wake up
she could not tell the police that he pushed her or threw her off the cliff..
I have called the victims of crime and they sent me a form to fill out and said it would probably be up to 6 months
before the victims of crime could help in any way ...i sent the form back and still have not goting any reply back...

I have called the state attorneys office on several occassions ON him DAVID PAYNE FOR calling and threating to kill ME AND MY whole family ...i have documented it on paper and faxed it to them and still they have not revoked his bond ....and as of today October 16th he is still calling and laughing and saying he has won and he will get her body and her family will not know where it is or be able to see her ....

I would like HIM TO provide documentation that him & her are really married...I want to see it with my own eyes...
The detective Shane Lockhart of Chilton county has said that David is going to prison for a long time ...
but somehow i just see them dragging there feet ..they now say that they can not upgrade the charge until David goes in front
of a grand jury on Febuary 22,2008....why must a killer be free ....and from what i have been told he has beat his
1st wife so bad she is in a wheel chair ...even if it is not true he has beating my sister and now it has lead to her death and i see nothing being done ..i just want justice for my sister so she can rest in peace ...
and to know he can not do this to any one else....

so please help me if you can
